Thots On American Liberality

Its not news anymore.  The shock has worn off.  Liberals in America are hypocritical at best, and ridiculous and despicable at worst.  Their self-serving, social destruction policies and tactics will stop at nothing to advance.  In the news (well, not the LIBERAL censored news) (I.e., agapepress.org, cnsnews.com, bpnews.net, etc.) is everything from Justice Ginsberg promoting her liberal demands for the next Associate Justice to the bookstores hypocritically attacking conservatives for wanting some books banned in libraries and bookstores. 

 

American Liberality will intimidate others, exaggerate claims, and inundate our society with their ideas to further their cause.  They don't ask, they DEMAND that their viewpoints be not only heard, but made law.  Their masks are off and their swords are drawn.  They want their opponents silenced.  They want to force their views on others.  They come in every form and hold every title: Democrat, Justice, Reverend, Doctor, Lawyer, and Mr. (I.e., Mr. George Soros).  They have money - lots of it (although, I'm not sure why they have so much, or where they are getting it).  They are organized and dangerous (ACLU, Americans United for the American Way, and For Separation of Church and State, et. al.).  There is no more truth in them than there are lips on chickens.  But they are gaining ground for the minds of our younger adults.

 

Good News!  It seems that our children (High School) are getting the point, seeing the fallacies, and recognizing the hypocrisy of American Liberality.  Many are rejecting American Liberality.  Now only if as many High School students would see the truth of the gospel, find hope in Christ, and receive the Grace of God through faith, then their souls would be saved and their country spared a tragic death from selfishness and sin.

 

The Gospel is not a message that is harmful or hateful.  The mere mention of God in public life is not dangerous as American Liberals would suggest.  It is helpful and loving.  Good News is good for the benefit it brings to mankind.  The problem is that American Liberals have flipped out - calling good evil and evil good.  Ceasing from sin and loving our neighbor as ourselves, trusting the Lord and living for Him is good, helpful and loving.  American Liberals call it "Evil."  Murdering babies and elderly, practicing and promoting sexual activity because it "feels good," opposing traditional marriage, and removing the mention of God from the public square destroys people's lives and is evil.  American Liberals call it "Good."

 

If our nation is to survive, this spiritual war between Believers and American Liberals for the hearts and minds of our nation's citizens must be fought and won by Believers.  It won't be won through Politics, but it won't be won without Politics, either.  You can't legislate morality, but legislation reflects morality.  Freedom isn't free - and Christians need to start paying the price.  What the church does to fight American Liberality is telling - and always will be telling, and she'll give account to her Lord one day.  Don't give up! - Even if we already have promises of victory in eternity.  Too many have gone before us, given their lives at the cross, the stake, and the firing squad for the gospel of Jesus Christ.  We cannot be silent about Christ, and we cannot be silent about sin.
