Thots On Homosexuality

It's no surprise that the liberal leftists of America want to make it illegal for Christians to proclaim the Bible's viewpoint on homosexuality - for that behavior is condemned by it.  Homosexuals and those supporting them are trying to silence opposition to the behavior so they may "practice in peace" that which is very harmful to society.  They make laws to silence the opposing viewpoints, and they tell lies to counter rational and truthful arguments.

 

The the following story for example of how they can't stand the truth being told about homosexuality.  The truth is, homosexuality is a choice, not a birth-defect.  Recently, WNBA star, Sheryl Swoops, came out of the closet to declare her CHOICE to live such a lifestyle.  She divorced her husband in 1999, has an 8-year old child, and is really aggravating the pro-homosexuals of our nation who spread the lie that homosexuality it is NOT A CHOICE.  It is clearly a choice!

 

I could give you all the biblical statements here against homosexuality - and probably should.  Too many so-called Christians are saying that the Bible says we ought not to judge, and to condemn the behavior is judging the person.  That, in itself, is a false-hood.  People ARE NOT WHAT THEY DO.  People do things and people don't do things.  People quit smoking every day.  People quit drugs and alcohol.  People can be nice, or commit murder.  The behavior is a choice.  And behavior has a moral quality of right or wrong - a value inherent to the action, not the situation.  God has assigned the value of behaviors, including homosexuality - and His values are assigned based on His righteousness, compared to His righteousness and Holiness.  That is something to think about.

 

But what I will do, rather than give you the biblical statements against homosexuality, is call to your minds the simple logic that makes the behavior so completely silly, wrong, and utterly destructive to our society.  Two men can't have a baby, and neither can two women, so there is no progeny.  Why do our "evolutionists" support homosexuality when "survival of the fittest" excludes homosexuality?  They can't reproduce.  It's simply not natural.  It's a twist AGAINST nature, not an improvement or advancement of the species.  That's the first argument.  Secondly, research has clearly shown that to develop emotionally, every child needs a mother AND a father, not two moms or two dads.  See the research by doing a search on Google or something.  There's tons of it and its indisputable.  With so many (and increasing numbers as well) children stunted emotionally, the destruction of our nation, world, and environment is becoming out of control.  But we want to stunt even more people by supporting this horrific behavior, call it "normal," and even outlaw any opposition to it.  What a selfish, egotistical, and arrogant stand so many are taking, caring nothing for those they hurt, healing no one!  I, for one, am appalled!

 

No law can silence the message.  But the message is not JUST that homosexuality is wrong in every way.  The message includes good news - Jesus can help the homosexual who wants to repent.  He will take away the urge, give the love and support, strengthen and guide, forgive and redeem the repentant homosexual.  This is not hate speech.  This is love speech.  Homosexuals need help - and Jesus offers it free of charge.  He not only CAN help, He has the power to set every homosexual free of that sinful behavior and its penalties.  That truly is good news.So, make the message illegal, and that can't stop Jesus from healing homosexuals who come to Him, repenting, and asking for forgiveness, redemption, and transformation.
