Hopefully by now you've heard in the news that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (headed by Judge Reinhardt) has totally flipped - AGAIN! The first time was regarding the Pledge of Allegiance (well, not really the first, but certainly the most memorable) and their ruling it unconstitutional. How silly. But now it's getting personal with every American - they ruled that parents don't have a right or recourse regarding the curriculum taught their kids in public school. Just who serves who here? It's time to do something about it - and I, for one, am calling for impeachment of the justices who would make such a bold assertion. If we don't do something quickly, it won't be long before this spreads Nation-wide, and to our homes as well. If the Supreme Court lets this stand, we lose!
There is something you can do, too: visit the American Family Association's website and sign their petition to the Supreme Court to over-rule this ludicrous ruling. Don't worry - you won't get junk mail for doing this. The whole idea is to rid the junk out!
