Thots On Judges

I know that some people have a problem with a preacher with a political opinion.  It's almost as bad as a politician with a religious persuasion.  However, this recent ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is absolutely preposterous.  It is becoming an oligarchy of the worst nature, and the decision itself is unconstitutional.  The Supreme Court said so in the 1920's when it handed down a very clear decision that parents have constitutional rights and moral obligations to raise their children (which includes their children's education). 

 

(SIDEBAR:  For those of you who don't know, yet, they have declared parenthood to be unconstitutional.  That is, parents have no rights, legal recourse, or input into their children's education while the child is in public schools.  If the parents don't like the curriculum, they cannot complain.  They have no recourse except to remove their child from public education altogether.)

 

I've shared with you the facts of the case, now for my opinions and thoughts.

1. Judges like this should be arrested for breaking the law.  They are handing down decisions that violate "precedent" in the biggest way, show now respect for the citizens of this nation, and utter contempt for the spirit of the laws that they are supposed to be adjudicating and interpreting.  Such decisions show an arrogance and do so so much violence to our nation's people that it should not be tolerated.  Their black robe does not make them immune to the laws of the land or the will of the people.  If you read our Declaration of Independence, judicial decisions like this fall into the list of "offenses" that sparked the Revolutionary war which founded our country.  Now, I'm not advocating revolution.  However, I am saying that we have a branch of our government with the authority to do something about this.  In fact, both branches (Legislative and Executive) have the power to stop this sort of illegal and unwarranted usurpation of the freedoms that make this country great.  Without their swift and decisive action, this country will degenerate into a nation not unlike a tyrannical dictatorship, albeit an oligarchical one.  There will be no single dictator, but every judge is free to decide his own will, dictating as he wishes. 
2. Americans need to hold these judges accountable for their arrogance.  We need to demand of our leaders that they take action against these judges.  Those who support these judges and these decisions should be held equally accountable for their cooperation and un-American viewpoints.  If they want to live in a country where parents have no rights, there are plenty around the globe, and they can move there.  But here in America, we are supposed to be free.  And Americans who vote for politicians who are stripping us of our freedoms are giving their freedoms away with every vote they cast.  It is time to demand that these judges be impeached, arrested, and disbarred. 

I know that this seems very extreme.  But as one person put it, extreme times call for extreme measures.  Americans need to recognize that we have within our borders an enemy in black robes.  Not every black robed judge is an enemy of the people.  But those who show themselves to be voracious wolves feeding on the freedoms of the people at the expense of the taxpayer is an enemy of the people, a traitor (like Benedict Arnold), and a criminal.  That's harsh, yes.  But the actions of these judges is doing great vandalism to our nation. 

 

I'm very afraid , however, that the American people are afraid of these unarmed black-robed wolves.  We have become a nation of frightened or apathetic people.  We want our comfort more than we want our freedom or our future.  Our wisdom is gone, our will is broken, and so our hope flees out of reach.
